California Air Resource Board (CARB) Compliance
Ducshop LLC does not take responsibility for any exhaust system or ancillary part intended for closed course competition (Race Parts) that has been installed on a California registered street motorcycle. This is due to California state law prohibiting the sale of aftermarket exhaust systems, fuel controllers, smog block off plates or any other part that removes, negates or otherwise circumvents the catalytic converter on a registered, street legal motorcycle. It is upon the responsibility of the buyer that any non-CARB compliant exhaust is used for Closed Course Competition only.
