Problems with Delivered Products

Upon receipt of merchandise, please let us know as soon as possible if you find the item to be damaged or you realized you ordered the wrong item/part. You must contact us within 7 calendar days upon receipt of your item/s. DO NOT open sealed packages, install parts or modify the product/part/item. Some parts/items/products cannot be returned.

Returning Parts/Items/Products That Are Broken/Damaged/Missing Parts

If packaged was damaged due to shipping Ducshop will assist you in making a claim with the shipping carrier. DO NOT throw away original boxes/packaging. Photos will be required of damaged product/item/part and the associated damaged packaging. If Items are missing please email and call us immediately so we can either contact the manufacturer and request the missing part/s or coordinate shipping for return to Ducshop.

Returns and Refunds

If you would like to return an product/item/part, please contact us within 7 calendar days so we can approve your return and setup any replacement product shipments if requested.

Special Order and hand build items are not refundable. 

For approved returns you must include a copy of your receipt, customer #, or any other identification so we can look up your order. Products/Items/Parts must be unused and in their original packaging intact. Please do not remove tags, if so- place tags in return packaging before shipping.

Any returns that do not meet these standards can be assessed a restocking fee of up to 25%.

(Some) Special Order, Clearance and Used Products/Items/Parts, may be returned on a case by case basis. There will be up to a 35% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 72 hours for refunds to process.

Please consider, our goal is customer satisfaction and putting our loyal customers first. We will be fair with all customers and our intent is to settle any dispute promptly, and fairly.


Same day shipping for all Non-Special Order or Back Ordered items if we receive your order via online purchase or via phone by 1300 (1 PM). Ducshop will send you an order confirmation notice via email (taken from your invoice) upon our receipt of your order. You will then receive a shipping notice via email once your item has shipped. UPS/FedEx or USPS will notify you via email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number.

Orders shipped within the Continental USA will ship via USPS, some items may ship via FedEx or UPS. If the option is available (dependent on item) to select all your shipping options upon checkout.

Orders shipped outside the USA

Due to COVID-19- international shipping rates have increased due to economic impact on air freight carriers. You may be responsible for the increase in shipping costs if you order and make advanced payment for a special order product that requires over a 2 week wait time. 


Military Post Office Boxes (APO) addresses will be shipped via USPS from the continental USA, however shipping times will be increased.

Customs Duty cost will be incurred by the customer for overseas sales. Please note that Customs Duties cannot be estimated by Ducshop. Overseas shipping carrier is FedEx and DHL.

Products offered for sale, their pricing and availability and all other offers are subject to change without notice.

Pricing and Availability Errors on our Website

Pricing and availability errors will be corrected whenever they are discovered and Ducshop reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors or inaccurate product prices or availability. This includes after an order has been submitted and if your credit card has been charged or not. If you choose to cancel your credit card payment after the price change Ducshop will issue you a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the original charge.
